Very good sounding high- end 8-channel converter from Apogee. The soft-limit circuitry is worth the price of admission alone - you get warm analog tape-like distortion if you push your levels into these, rather than the harsh digital clipping you’ll get with other converters. This is the 192khz upgraded version. Great as 8 I/O ADAT expansions for your existing setup (Apollo, etc). Power supply has been replaced less than 2 years ago (originals are known to fail causing power button issues among other things), no issues whatsoever - ready to go. I also have a FireWire option card and a couple protools option cards here, you can take one of your choice with this one if you like.
